Eric Meissner

Senior Director, Investment Services​

At ImpactAssets, Eric is responsible for the client recommended investment program that enables clients to source and recommend impact investments. Since 2017, he has directed the review, execution and management of a continuously expanding range of private debt and equity investment structures. Prior to ImpactAssets, Eric was a field-based portfolio risk manager for World Bank IFC spin-off Grassroots Business Fund in Peru, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, India and Indonesia; focused on pairing mezzanine debt growth capital with grant-funded business technical support to early-stage portfolio companies.




Causes I care about: Early childhood poverty and education, community-driven innovation and entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.
